Designation Manager System Administration (Expert in Unix and Windows)
Job Description
1) Understanding of both Windows and UNIX environments. Does not have to be a 'hands-on' person but demonstrates an understanding of the two environments and can converse intelligently in both areas. Understanding EMC Products a 'plus'.
2) Proven track record as a manager in the India IT environment. Customer relationships Understands a 'sense of urgency' Prioritizing and multi-tasking Administrating remote sites Working with USA and European counter-parts
3) Clear understanding of team building, demonstrates an understanding of both rewards, recognition and corrective action. Works well with team leads and can assign and share responsibilities.
4) Excellent communication and written skills in English.
