Job Description - Surprised? But that's exactly who we are looking for - a software engineer by skill, but an artiste at heart. Like a chef, you need to be able to cook up a mean Butter Chicken when required, but at the same time use your creativity and passion for internet and web technologies to forever explore new ingredients (technologies) and recipes (applications). And as the executive chef, lead other chefs and keep the kitchen organised.
We are NOT seeking a developer mired in Java and RDBMS. We are looking for a product of the internet generation - who is as much turned on by Rich Media and CSS as by LAMP and OOPS. A techno-commercial professional who can see the forest AND the trees.
candidate Profile - Essential Skills: Strong fundamentals in Programming and computing technology. Proficient in Open Source technologies, esp PHP and MySQL, Expertise in Microsoft technologies would be an advantage.
Even More Essential Skills: Excellent Communication, Web2. 0, experience on packaged software like CMS, Blogging & Social Networking tools, Content Delivery Networks etc.
