Minimum job requirements
The ideal applicant will:
• Have knowledge of browser compatibility issues.
• Have experience with working on dynamically generated templates.
• Having good communication skills verbal and written.
• Demonstrate an intermediate level of Flash development and basic Actionscript.
• Ability to work on Adobe Photoshop’s basic design techniques.
• Ability to work within challenging deadlines.
• Showcase problem solving abilities.
• 1 year or more experience within the e-Learning industry will be an added advantage.

Preferable Job Qualifications:
• Strong command of web standards, CSS-driven/tableless HTML layouts, DHTML (JavaScript/CSS).
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, unit testing & debugging techniques.
• Knowledge of Adobe Flash CS3
